To make use of this service, you must present the warranty certificate and proof of purchase provided to you upon purchase of the watch.

Upon receipt of your watch and proof of purchase, we will notify you as soon as possible if the warranty does not apply.

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY CONDITIONS?

The warranty covers defects considered as manufacturing faults.
During the warranty period, we guarantee free repairs on the watch case (movement and case).

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY CONDITIONS?

Damage resulting from improper use, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear, and aging.
Poor or non-functioning of the watch due to shock, drop, or impact.
Wear of straps made of leather.
Scratches or dirt caused by use.
Replacement of the battery.
Water damage if the instructions for the water resistance level of the product are not followed.
Water damage for watches where the crown (the button to adjust the time) is missing or damaged.
Broken or damaged glass.
