SHIPPING INFORMATION
What shipping methods are available and what are the costs?
We always ship for free, using Bpost, FedEx, or UPS.
All shipments are insured and include all taxes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to over 100 international countries, including the UK, USA, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway , Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and many others.
How long will it take for me to receive my package?
For Europe and the UK: delivery within 4-5 business days
For the USA: delivery within 8-9 business days
For other countries: 10-12 business days
If you require engraving, please allow approximately 1 extra week
What about import taxes?
For all orders within and outside Europe, all costs, including import duties, VAT, and customs fees, are included.

What payment methods are accepted?
You can choose how to pay: via Paypal, with Visa, Mastercard, or Amex, or via IDEAL, Bancontact, and Sofort. All payment methods are free for our customers. You can pay online through the most secure payment sites, to which you will be automatically redirected after entering your order. Payments are processed immediately, ensuring you receive your order promptly! Good to know: the payment systems Stripe and Paypal are completely free and 100% secure.
Is it safe to buy online?
You never have to worry about the security of your data when ordering on our website. We guarantee that every purchase is safe. All online payments on our website are optimally secured.
ORDERS AND RETURNS
How do I place an order?
Ordering is done through a few simple steps:
1. Choose your watch with your favorite watch strap.
2. Select the type of lid you want on the back.
3. If you click on “Text engraving,” a box will appear where you can enter the desired text.
4. If you click on “Photo or fingerprint engraving,” you will have the option to upload an image file (almost all types of files are accepted).
5. If you click on “Text and photo/fingerprint engraving,” a box will appear where you can enter the desired text and you will have the option to upload an image file.
6. If you have any comments, you can enter them in the respective box.
7. Now click on “Add to Cart.”
8. Click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner, and you will have the choice to view your complete shopping cart or proceed to the checkout page.
9. On the “Checkout” page, fill in all the necessary details. On this page, you can choose how you want to pay. Click on “Place Order,” and your order will be automatically sent to us.
10. You will receive an order confirmation email with all the details about your order. Email us ([email protected]) if you have not received a confirmation email.
How can I cancel or change my order?
We may not always be able to change or cancel your order after it has been placed. Sometimes it is processed and/or shipped on the same day.
However, you can return your watch within 30 days of receipt.
If you have chosen engraving on the back, the purchase price of the watch will be refunded minus the price of the engraving.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, with Easy Checkout, you can order without logging in.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier’s website. By clicking on the link, you can check the status of your order once it is on its way.

How do I return a product?
Returning a watch is very easy: you send us the order back in the original packaging with any certificates, etc. You also include a sheet stating the reason for your return or the new item you wish to exchange for.

Refund
You return an item, but cannot find another item you wish to exchange for? We will refund your money as soon as possible. This is done through the same method you used to purchase the item (Paypal, credit card, etc.), so you do not need to provide us with any additional information about it. Please note: damaged, soiled, or worn items cannot be returned. In cases of misuse of returns, we reserve the right to refuse a new order.
